wheat products before any refinement occurs.

It is chewy, nutty, high fibre whole grain. Use it like you would use any other whole grain. Wheat berries absorb some of the flavours from the dressing or sauce you serve in them as well.

Whole gain products are made with whole kernel of grain. The bran outerlayer, contains largest amount of fibre(insoluable), Bvitamins, trace inerals and small amount of protein.. Endosperm(middle layer) contains mostly protein and carbohydrates along with small amounts of B vitamins, iron, soluable fiber; germ inner layer is a rich source of trace minerals, unsaturated fats, B Vit, antioxidanrs, phytochemicals and a minimum amount of high quality protein.
