Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Healthy Buddha, we work closely with farmers and harvest based on orders. This helps us deliver fresh, clean produce — but also means we request your cooperation with cancellations and returns.
- Order Cancellation & Postponement
Before Cut-off Time
- Orders can be cancelled or postponed before the cut-off time (9 PM on the previous day of delivery)

After Cut-off Time
Once the cut-off time has passed:
- Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, greens):
- 50% of the item value will be charged
- This is because harvesting and procurement are already initiated based on your order
- Non-perishable items:
- No cancellation charges
We put significant effort into sourcing and packing your order, and appreciate your understanding.
Special Note on Made-to-Order Products
Some items (such as bakery and certain value-added products) are prepared specifically after your order is placed.
- For such items, cancellation or changes must be made before 6 PM on the previous day of delivery
- Post this time, cancellations may not be possible as preparation would have already begun
These products will be clearly mentioned in the description as made to order on the website.

Orders placed after cut-off will be treated as the next available delivery slot.
- Returns at the Time of Delivery
If you are unhappy with any product at the time of delivery:
- You may return it immediately to the delivery partner
- Please mention the reason on the delivery sheet or inform us via WhatsApp
A Note on Organic Produce
Organic produce is not grown for cosmetic perfection.
- It may look different from supermarket produce
- Minor marks, dullness, or natural color variations are normal
- In many cases, the inside quality is far better
We encourage you to try the product before deciding. However, if you are genuinely not satisfied, we will take it back or refund.
- Post-Delivery Returns (Quality Issues)
If you notice an issue after delivery:

Non-Perishable Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Opened products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds
Once your request is verified:
- Refunds will be processed as:
- Store credit (default), or
- Original payment method (on request)
Timelines:
- Store credit: 1–2 working days
- Bank/card refunds: 3–7 working days
- Important Notes
- Refunds are issued only for genuine quality issues or errors
- We do not accept returns based purely on:
- Appearance preferences
- Size or shape variations
- Natural ripeness differences
- For non-perishables, product return is mandatory for refunds
