New to Healthy Buddha in Goa?

We’ve been serving customers in Goa since 2017, when one of our Bangalore customers, Heidi, moved to Goa and wanted to continue sourcing food through us.

What started as a small arrangement for her and her friends has now grown into a consistent weekly service for many customers across Goa.

We currently operate through a weekly, pre-planned model:

• Orders are collected over the week 
• Produce is sourced and packed in Bangalore 
• Everything is transported together 
• Delivered via scheduled pickups
• We don’t have delivery options (Except at Panjim) 

This approach helps us maintain the same quality, sourcing standards, and consistency that we follow in Bangalore.

We’ve chosen to grow slowly and deliberately, without compromising on how we source and handle food.

At Healthy Buddha, we bring clean, carefully sourced food directly from farmers.
In Goa, we currently operate through scheduled pickups and limited doorstep deliveries.

How It Works

1. Place your order on www.healthybuddha.in
2. Select your Goa delivery zone at the time of registration: 
• North Goa – Pickup on Thursday 
• North Goa (Panjim) – Pickup on Friday or delivery available at additional cost 
• South Goa (Canacona, Agonda, Margao) – Pickup on Friday 
3. Share your order ID with us on WhatsApp: 733 834 3303 
4. Based on your location, you will be added to a WhatsApp group for coordination (pickup timing, reminders, updates) 
5. Collect your order at the selected pickup point or opt for doorstep delivery (where available)

Cut-off: Monday End of Day
Pickup: Thursday (Afternoon/Evening)

Pickup: Friday (Morning/Afternoon)
Pickup Locations:
- Palolem (Cancona)
- Agonda
- Benaulim (Margao)

Note: Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following week.

Transport Fee (Bangalore to Goa)

• Prices on the website are Bangalore prices 
• Instead of increasing the price of our products, we are just adding transport fee separately to cover movement of goods to Goa

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why is delivery not next-day in Goa?
   Since we operate from Bangalore, Goa orders are consolidated, packed, and transported together once a week to ensure freshness and efficiency. 
2. Can I place an order anytime?
   Yes. However, orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following week. 
3. Do I need to WhatsApp after placing the order?
   Yes. Sharing your order ID helps us coordinate your pickup or delivery smoothly. 
4. Can I get home delivery in Goa?
   Yes, but currently limited to Panjim and nearby areas, at an additional cost. Other locations are pickup-only. 
5. What happens if I miss my pickup?
   Since we deal with perishable produce, we request you to collect your order on the same day. There will be no refunds for missed pickups. 
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
   Cancellations or changes must be made before the cut-off. After this, changes may not be possible as sourcing and packing would have already begun. 
7. Why does the produce look different sometimes?
   Our produce is naturally grown and not treated for cosmetic perfection. Variations are normal and expected. 
8. What if there is a quality issue?
   Please reach out within 48 hours with details and a photo/video. We’ll review and resolve it as per our policy. 
9. How do I know the products are organic or natural?
   At Healthy Buddha, we work directly with farmers and small producers who follow natural or organic farming practices. Some products may be formally certified, while many come from farmers who follow clean practices without certification.

We go beyond labels by regularly testing products for pesticide residues through independent labs and sharing these reports transparently.
