Welcome to Healthy Buddha. By accessing or using www.healthybuddha.in and our mobile applications (the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all users from the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. ABOUT HEALTHY BUDDHA
   Healthy Buddha is a curated platform that sources and delivers fresh, organic, and natural food products directly from farmers and trusted producers. 
2. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders on the Platform.
   If you are under 18, transactions must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
   By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. 
3. USE OF PLATFORM
   You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
   You shall not misuse, copy, or exploit any part of the Platform.
   You shall not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse. 
4. ACCOUNT AND COMMUNICATION
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
   You agree to receive order-related communications via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
   Promotional communication will be sent only if you have opted in, and you may opt out anytime. 
5. PRODUCT NATURE AND AVAILABILITY
   Our products, especially fruits and vegetables, are natural and seasonal.
   Availability depends on harvest conditions, weather, and sourcing.
   We may limit quantities or remove items if required. 
6. NATURE OF ORGANIC AND NATURAL PRODUCTS
   At Healthy Buddha, we focus on sourcing clean, chemical-free food directly from farmers.
   Many of our products are grown using natural or organic practices, but may not always be formally certified.
   Produce is not treated for cosmetic perfection and may look different from conventional supermarket produce.
   Variations in appearance, taste, texture, and shelf life are natural and expected.
   We prioritize how the food is grown and sourced, not how it looks. 
7. PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
   Natural variations in size, shape, color, and taste are expected.
   Minor marks or dullness do not indicate poor quality.
   Images on the Platform are indicative and may not exactly match the delivered product. 
8. PRICING
   All prices are listed in INR.
   Prices are subject to change based on seasonality and sourcing.
   The price at the time of placing the order is the final price charged. 
9. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
   Orders are confirmed only after successful placement and payment (if applicable).
   We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to availability or operational constraints.
   We may refuse service in case of suspected misuse or fraud. 
10. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
    By placing an order, you agree to those terms. 
11. DELIVERY
    We aim to provide next-day delivery for most orders.
    Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. 

    Customers are responsible for:
    Providing accurate delivery details
    Being available to receive the order

    If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability:
    Re-delivery charges may apply
    In certain cases, order value may be forfeited as per policy

12. UNATTENDED DELIVERIES
    If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be left outside the door or at the premises in a delivery bag. 

    By placing the order, the customer agrees to this arrangement and acknowledges that once the order is delivered to the provided address, the responsibility transfers to the customer.

    Healthy Buddha shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or quality issues arising after such delivery.

13. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CHANGES
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of placing the order is accurate and complete. 

    Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated before placing the order or before the cut-off time.

    Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Requests to change the delivery address after this may not be accommodated.

    Healthy Buddha shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or outdated address details.

    In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

14. PAYMENTS
    Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
    In case of failed or duplicate transactions, amounts will be refunded or adjusted as per applicable process. 
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on the Platform, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Healthy Buddha and may not be used without permission. 
16. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
    Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions shared with us may be used to improve our services.
    You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. 
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Buddha shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delivery delays caused by external factors, or natural variations in product quality.
    Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. 
18. INDEMNITY
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Buddha and its team from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms. 
19. TERMINATION
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if Terms are violated. 
20. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms. 
21. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
