Ingredients in each 1 gm (approx):

Amlaki (Emblica officinalis) – 500 mg
(With 29 other ingredients as listed in the leaflet)

Indications:
Sugar-Free Chyavanprash is specially formulated for people on a sugar-restricted or low-calorie diet. This version eliminates sugar and ghee, replacing them with a concentrated herbal extract (herbal Ghan). It retains all the benefits of regular Chyavanprash and is safe for those on low or restricted sugar intake. (See leaflet for details.)

Contraindications:
None

Dosage & Method of Administration:

3 to 5 gm (one teaspoon) on an empty or light stomach in the morning.
Follow with a cup of warm milk after 15 minutes if beneficial.
For children, reduce the dose by half.
