This heirloom rice pops comes from farms in Nadia district, West Bengal. Brown rice is know to contain antioxidants along with a lot of nutritional benefits.

The rice is dehusked and sand roasted to make the pop (puff) in traditional style.

Uses: These are unsalted and can be eaten as is. Your go to snack, as is or can be used as a mix with other snack ingredients. Try a healthy version of traditional bhel or jhaal-muri with this.
