Red bute plum from our organic group in Shimla District. The farmer is susheel mehta from Rampur bushahr. He has used micro organism, butter milk and neem oil in foliar spray. The results are excellent. A lot cow dung manure has been used. Micro organisms fix atmospheric nitrozen as urea in the soil as well.

Usage: Best eaten fresh as a fruit or snack. These also make for a great addition to salads or can be used in the preparation of pie, desserts, jams and jellies. They can also be used in a variety of recipes and are usually baked or poached.
