The fruit is much more firm and less juicy than a grapefruit. The flesh is deep pink in colour (at times white).Pomelo is the least acidic of all citrus fruit. While some varieties are more juicy than others, pomelo is typically less juicy than other citrus fruit.Usage:
It's a beauty when had with a little bit of salt and chilli powder.
