Organically grown rye, wheat and barley (in the higher altitudes of himalayas), have been cleaned, washed, dried and rolled into flakes. These are coated with cacao and honey and no sugar or additive has been added, hence not overtly sweet as commercial flakes. Perfect for your morning meals.

Uses: Soak in water, milk or curd for raw eating or quick boil for eating as a porridge. Can be used in baking Store in an airtight container for upto 6 months.
