Made by removing the husk manually, boiling the grains and flattening into thin flakes which are finally sun dried and packed.

Buckwheat is a good source of protein, fiber, and energy,a great way to start you day. They are gluten free as well.

Protein Amount: Buckwheat flakes typically contain about 10-12 grams of protein per 100 grams.

Have a delicious, mild nutty flavour.

Ideal base for any breakfast dish.
Try - soaking in warm water or a quick boil as breakfast cereal (you could add fruits, dry fruits, nuts etc ).
Can make into poridge, used as muesli
They are excellent for gluten free baking.

Storeage: in an airtight container for upto 6 months.
