Qty :This immunity mix contains a selection of medicinal leaves traditionally used in Ayurveda and Indian wellness practices. Each pack contains 4 varieties from the following herbs:
Tulasi (Rama, Shyama & Vana Tulasi blend)
Neem Giloy (Amruthaballi, Guduchi)
Brahmi
Nela Nelli (Bhoomi Amla, Phyllanthus niruri)
Dodda Patre (Karpooravalli, Ajwain Leaf, Coleus amboinicus)
Ashwagandha
These herbs have been valued for generations in traditional wellness systems and are commonly consumed as herbal decoctions.
How to Use
Divide the pack into 7 portions (approximately one portion per day).
Bring 1.5 litres of water to a boil.
Add one day's portion of the herb mix along with 3 grams of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the herbs and collect the decoction.
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice if desired to balance the natural bitterness.
Consume warm in the morning and sip throughout the day.
Storage
Store refrigerated and use within a week for best freshness.
