Onion flowers are edible and have an sweet, strong onion taste. Treat them similarly to scallions/spring onions.

Use them fresh and uncooked in salads, or saute, stir fry, or roast them. Snip a few to add raw to sandwiches / cook in omelets and pastas when you need that faint aromatic of an onion.
