This masala traces origin to ' Amritsari Chole", a popular North Indian delicacy. A spicy blen with sour citrus note, it is served with Bhatura, Kulcha or Puri. It came from street food becoming popular in restaurants and homes.

Useage: Any channa / chole dishes
