Qty :Brown top Millet, locally known as Korle in Kannada, is one of the rarest and most nutrient-rich millets available today. Grown traditionally in parts of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, it is making a comeback for its excellent health benefits and suitability for modern diets.
Our Brown top Millet is unpolished and organically grown, retaining its natural fibre, minerals, and earthy flavour. It cooks easily and can be used in place of rice or in dishes like upma, pongal, millet khichdi, or dosa batter blends.

Cooking Instructions

Note on Soaking Colour
You might notice a slight yellow or brownish tinge in the water while soaking. This is completely natural and comes from the outer bran layer. Since our millet is unpolished and minimally processed, this is expected and safe. No artificial colours or chemicals are added.
