A delicious snack or something that can be eaten along with rice/ regular meals. This time with a slight spicy twist. Goes great with soups/ dips as an appetiser. It is a staple in most South Indian homes.
Organic Ingredients: Kudiraivali (Barnyard Millet), White Rice, Himalayan Rock Salt, Omam Seeds (Ajwain), Red Chillies
* Heat sufficient oil until very hot.
* Keep in mind that the vadams will expand in size and rise as they are fried.
* Slide the vadam into the oil and keep it down with your ladle so all portions are evenly fried.
* Scoop it out with your ladle while draining the oil before it starts turning brown.
Best Before: 1 year from opening when stored in an air-tight Container
