Rye is a cereal grain that looks like wheat but is longer and more slender and varies in color from yellowish brown to grayish green. Rye has a very hardy, deep, nourishing taste.

Uses: Soak in warm water, milk or juice for raw eaing or give it a quick boil for porridge or soup. Ideal for granola, muesli, creamy soups, stews, desserts, pie crusts, and baked goods. Store in an airtight container for upto 6 months.
