Ingredients

Ragi (Finger Millet), Sorghum (White Corn), Maize (Yellow Corn), Red Rice, Green Gram, Peanut, White rice , Kodo Millet (Varagu), Foxtail Millet (Thinai), Barnyard Millet (Kuthiraivali), Toor Dal (Red Gram), Roasted Gram, Chana Dal (Split Chickpea), Cashew Nut, Dry Ginger, Cardamom

Use

Mix two tablespoons to a cup of water
cook on a medium flame by stirring continuously
add jaggery / milk & the energy drink is ready
you can also make laddos, rotis and even dosa using it
