Our Broccoli comes from a passionate farmer srinvas in outskirts of Bangalore. We sell it only during season - typically winter months. Else they don't grow properly.

Broccoli contains approximately 2.8-3.5 grams of protein per 100 grams when cooked and about 2.6 grams per 100 grams in its raw form. While its protein content might not be as high as legumes or nuts, broccoli is a complete protein, providing all nine essential amino acids.

Which is the best method of cooking broccoli, to gain maximum benefit from it ?

Broccoli is loaded with vitamins, but boiling in water strips it of a lot of it nutrients. The water soluable nutrients leach into the water.
Steam them instead. Experts consider it as the best way to cook broccoli.
You could steam the good old fashioned way or try a microwave it with some water sprinkled for a few mins until cooked, for a quick fix.
