Ingredients: Organic coconut cream, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Chilly, Organic Galangal, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Garlic, Organic Shallot, Salt.

Use:

Medium heat the oil in a wok and stir fry. Add coconut milk (2cups). Add the green curry paste and stir up until the oil appears on top.
Add water (2cups). Add desired vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 mins till just tender/ until boiled.
Add additional seasonings such as soy sauce, sugar etc according to your taste. Sprinkle with sweet basil leaves and sliced long red chilli and enjoy.
