Qty :Tandoori tofu is tender, juicy and wonderfully firm with the gorgeous flavours of the marinade complementing it beautifully. Our signature marinade is made from vegan curd infused with Indian spices like deghi mirch and kasoori methi and a touch of mustard oil. Need we say more?
The blackened, charred bits from our tandoor add even more deliciousness. The masala is made fresh for each batch .
Ingredients : Organic Black Soybeans, hemp seeds, peanut curd, besan, whole wheat flour, kashmiri mirch, degi mirch, kasuri methi, mango powder, ginger powder, chili flakes, tandoori malasa, & mustard oil.
Recipe Ideas : When served alongside lemon wedges, sliced onions (laccha pyaz), mint, and coriander chutney makes the perfect snack.
You could place it between burger buns, kathi rolls, or even a sandwich.
Storage Instructions: Keep Refrigerated , Do not Freeze. Once opened , keep submerged in water (in fridge) and change water daily. Use within 3-5 days after opening.
