Farmer Merwin says, "Same Cacao beans that we are using in Ragi-Cacao laddus. Not processed chocolate. We have planted around 200 cocoa plants. But these are yet to start yielding. Currently we buy unroasted Cacao beans from Chempotty Estate, a certified organic farm. We roast them inhouse. This chocolate in its orginal unprocessed raw form.with Cocoa butter intact."
