Grown and produced by smallholder women farmers of the Kumaon and Garhwal Himalayas in their terraced fields, this red chilli flakes is medium spicy and can be used in multiple ways. Pahadi dried and crushed red chilli.

Uses: Crushed red chilli is used in pickling, sprinkled upon dishes, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce and soups.
