This flavourful hot sauce is produced by natural fermentation - process similar to saurkraut/Koran kimchi.

Fresh organic red chillies are mixed with natural sea salt which is then aged. The rest, nature takes care of. The result is a hot & flavourful sauce you get.

Natural Ingredients used are: Organic Habanero Chillies and red capsicum, garlic, vinegar, sea salt.

Storage & Useage: Refrigerate after opening. Content will seperate, shake before using.

Best before : 18 months from date on bottle.
