These are made using HB Black Amber plums.

Ingredients: organic plum (in one bottle there are appx. 6-9 pieces of fresh plums pulped), organic sugar, organic lime with no added colors or additives.

It has a shelf life of 5-6 months and is recommended to be refrigerated always. Do not use wet spoon or fingers in scooping out the jam once opened.
