We took the classic besan ladoo and gave it the SproutOG treatment—sprouted and stone-milled besan, slow-roasted in cultured A2 ghee till golden and fragrant. Sweetened with raw khand, studded with almonds, cashews, pistachios, and kissed with cardamom, these ladoos melt in your mouth and linger on your mind.

Process Peek: Our besan is made from organic chana, sprouted for better nutrition and digestibility. It’s stone-milled at a low RPM, then roasted low and slow in pure A2 ghee. Hand-rolled with love, laced with real dry fruits—not just crumbs—and no synthetic shortcuts.
