Ladi pavs, those beloved Bombay buns, are the essential sidekick for Pav Bhaji, Vada Pavs, or just about any dish that could use a tasty, bready friend.

At the SproutOG Wholegrain Bakery, we couldn't resist giving this classic a healthy makeover. Our pavs are like the Clark Kent of bread: unassuming but secretly super. We use sprouted, sundried, freshly low-RPM stone milled sharbati and emmer wheat kernels, ferment them for a minimum of 24 hours, and then shape them into the cutest, healthiest pavs you’ve ever experienced.
