Handcrafted produce from organic dried apricots from Ladakh with no preservatives or chemicals. Ingredients: organic dried apricot and organic sugar (80% fruit and 20% sugar) with no added colors or additives.

It should be refrigerated. Do not use wet spoon or fingers in scooping out the jam once opened.

Please note there is no preservatives in the Jam, and If stored in room temperature, Jam will develop fungus.

Use: As a regular jam or even a dip. This jam has a unique taste of its own!!
