Our nutritionally superior batters are made how our grandmothers did – a slow mechanized mortar and pestle – not a mixer grinder or high-speed grinders.
We use a slow stone grinder, AND we soak all the grains for over 24 hours – In a nutshell, the centuries-old process of soaking grains, helps to breakdown the antinutrients and hard-to-digest components of the grain and helps release highly beneficial nutrients and minerals to make them easier for your body to absorb.
Others soak grains for about 4 hours, so it is easy to grind – we soak for 24, so it is highly bio-active and nutritionally superior.
Your breakfast won’t be the same again with our all new fresh batter. Fluffy Idlies and Crisp Brown Dosas can now be made in a jiffy.
Like every other Healthy Buddha Product, after carefully evaluating multiple options, we are starting fresh batter for making best tasting Idli & Dosa.
It is made the way we make it at home with urad dal, idli rice, fenugreek, Himalayan salt and RO water.
NO Preservatives. No Chemicals in any form added. No maida, soda are used in the batter. All organic ingredients used and made in small batches.

Usage:
Please empty the batter in a clean bowl
Simply mix well, if water has separated during storage.
For dosa - add water
For idly's use batter as it is
