6 ideas to use Baby Methi greens :1. Baby Methi Thepla / Paratha
Finely chop and mix into whole wheat dough with ajwain, turmeric, and sesame seeds. Makes soft, flavourful theplas or parathas — great for kids’ lunchboxes.
2. Methi Dal / Sambar
Add to toor dal or moong dal just before finishing. Gives a gentle bitter-nutty flavour and boosts nutrients. Also works beautifully in methi sambar.

Quick sauté with ghee/ oil + garlic + jeera + chilli. Serve as a side dish with rice or chapati. Super simple, very tasty.
4. Methi Egg Bhurji

Idli/dosa batter
Upma
Adai batter
Poha
