Herbal Tea - Blue Pea Flower (15gm, Upto 30 Cups Tea)

The Blue Pea Flower (also known as Butterfly Pea or Clitoria ternatea) is commonly used to make herbal tea. It has a vibrant blue color when brewed and is rich in antioxidants, particularlyanthocyanins, which are beneficial for eye health, skin, and overall wellness. The tea can also change colors when the pH is altered, for example, turning purple when lemon juice is added.

Harvested with Care: At our farm, we take great care to harvest Shankupuspha flowers.These flowers are then shade dried to retain color, taste and aroma

Uses : Prepare Blue pea tea by adding 2-4 dried whole flowers to boiling water and let it boil for couple of minutes. We can add jaggery and mint leaves for taste. Butterfly pea tea is blue in color and turns purple with lemon juice addition
