Qty :Due to the rains and extreme heat, the color will be off white / yellowish with specs on the head. But perfectly fine for consuming.
Do NOT expect shiny white cauliflower exactly like the picture. Organic Cauliflower will have some blemish/ marks on the surface. That has nothing to do with freshness as one might perceive.
If one is lucky, you might even find some worms in it :-) While it is natural to be put off by it, for us, it is a further validation that it is indeed ORGANIC. Think about it, you don't want to be eating a cauliflower that is laden with pesticides and looks great from outside, but it is so bad that a worm also don't want to touch it.
Not only is cauliflower versatile, but it is also very easy to add to your diet. Cauliflower can also be cooked in a variety of ways, such as steaming, roasting or sautéing.
By itself makes an excellent side dish, or it can be added to any other dish dishes like soups, salads, stir-fries and casseroles etc.
