Note about making this
- In order to make any soap you need an acid and a base.
- The fatty acid in this case comes from pure coconut oil and the base is caustic soda ( sodium hydroxide ).
- At the end of saponification you are left with a sodium salt, glycerin and water. This is left to cure for 21 days so there NO TRACE of the acid or base but just these three amazing ingredients left.
- This is tested in a govt certified lab before sending it to customers.
- Many soap making units sell the glycerin and fill that portion with many chemical fillers which you will in the labels. We don't touch the final outcome so the goodness is retained in entirety.
