Since they are travelling from far away in multiple modes of transport, Some of these apples might have 1-2 dent on it. Kindly order these apples only if such is acceptable for you.

HARSHIL is a beautiful quaint town in the Gangotri Basin river fed by the mighty Bhagirathi river. 

Unlike most high altitude orchards across the country which are either dependent on 4 months of chill temperature (snow) or artificial irrigation for water- Harshil Orchards are blessed with being river fed. This gives the apples more juiciness, crunch, sweetness and colour.

Apple orchards first came to Harshil in 1840 brought by Britisher - Fredrick Wilson - around 180 years ago - making Harshil one of the oldest apple growing regions in the country.

Please note, these apples will have (1.) slight natural wax (2.) will have alteast 1 dent on the fruit. Apple season is over and hence slight dent is but unavoidable. If you are looking for the perfect organic apples without any dent, this wont be the one. 

Please note Indian apple farmers dont do artificial wax typically. It is only in the imported apples which you will be in supermarkets, one can find artificial waxed apples

Typically, On wax coating, there are two types of it. One that is naturally emitted by the fruit, one that is artificially added by humans. Natural wax will be milky.
